This is agent flordia master of evil,evil of master,random as fucking hell freelancer,but anyways hes a good firend of colorado,he often gets into mischievous adventures from blowing up a section of the freelancer base,to pissing off agent alaska or to even leaveing a sleeping colorado stuck out in the middle of the ocean on a air bed.

He literally destroys many things in his way tank or no tank ship or no ship.Its gone hes literally the insane psycho path that likes to do nothing better than annoy things.but hes a good guy inside.evil maybe but a good guy.
